We send all our products with DHL Express on working days inside 24 hours after clearing payment. 

Returns:

• Right of Withdrawal:Customers within the EU have a statutory 14-day return period for any reason*. This period begins upon receipt. (*This does not apply to personalized products.)

• Registration:Customer must notify us of your intention to return within 14 days; the actual return can then take an additional 3 days.

• Return Shipping:Customer are responsible for the return shipping costs.

• Refund:We will refund the full purchase price (including the original shipping costs) within 3 days of receiving the return.

• Product Usage:The product must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged upon receipt.
